When I was at another house, my computer (windows 7) had a bluetooth paired with my alexa. Now I am in another house but pretty much same area, and computer will not pair w/ the alexa. Also, I am clicking on websites (one leads to another) that says download Alexa to computer. I click, window opens; click again, another window opens. This window that I am now typing this comment is actually the 5th window now open trying to get Alexa on this computer. I also have another window, which makes six windows now open on this computer; also a dead end. I don't know what to do at this point. I guess I should just shut down and go to sleep since it's been over 2 hours now that I'm trying.
